Standing was an early shift, and I was able to choose the pickup location from several options, and the support was solid, so I was able to use it with peace of mind. It was great that all the staff were fluent in Japanese. If you have any events in Korea again, please let me know.

It was my first time going to Korea to support them, but thanks to the courteous support of the local staff and the great seats, I was able to make it a very enjoyable memory.   At first, I felt it was a bit expensive with the transportation costs being separate, but then they decided not to charge for transportation, and it was very helpful to be able to take the bus given how difficult it was to access the venue.   I would like to ask GTtour again when there is an event! ^^

Thank you for using our service this time. It was my first time participating, so I was full of anxiety, but the ticket handover on-site was really smooth and handled with great care. I was surprised that the seat was so close that I could see the performers. Thank you. I'll use it again!

I was very worried as it was my first time using a proxy service and it involved local pickup, but they provided solid support from the reservation stage until the day of the event, so I found them very reliable! The assigned number was good, and I was able to enjoy the award ceremony in a great spot (^O^) I would like to use them again (*^^*)

The seats weren't great for the price, but they were very quick to respond to questions and explained the precautions for the day of the live performance very carefully and clearly, which I appreciated.

Since I was with my daughter, I gave up on standing and opted for reserved seating on the floor, but the seats were better than I expected, and my daughter was delighted! We couldn't see the main stage, but we had a good view of the center stage. I was truly happy to be able to see the special 10th-anniversary stage. Thank you very much.
