Perhaps because I booked late, I had a seat at the very end, but I could see clearly with my own eyes and enjoyed it very much! I arranged tickets for 5 people. We needed to arrange different seating for each person, but you were able to successfully secure tickets for everyone, and we were able to obtain them locally.   This was my first time using a proxy service, and I didn't know anything from start to finish, so I consulted with a Japanese staff member several times over the phone. The thing that made me feel most secure was that, even though it was a holiday on the day of the live performance, an employee told me that "we have a system in place to handle inquiries via mobile phone even on holidays." I felt a sense of security that cannot be compared to proxy services that are handled by overseas staff.   Thank you very much for a pleasant transaction this time. I will use your service again.  

It was very good!! It was a place I couldn't have gone to on my own because it's far from Seoul, but I was able to participate in the tour and they picked me up and dropped me off, which was a great help. I arrived at Incheon Airport on the day, but it took a long time to get through immigration, and I was late for the meeting time. However, thanks to the kindness of all the participants who waited for my arrival, I was able to go to the Siraegi Festival. I apologize for causing so much trouble to all the participants. The person in charge, Ren, was also very helpful, and I was able to participate with peace of mind. Thanks to her teaching me the method of reserving seats and waiting for the performers, I was able to see my favorite Jun.K up close and take photos, and I was filled with emotion and a full sense of happiness. I'm really glad I participated in this tour!! Thank you very much.
