I was glad that I was able to participate safely thanks to arranging the tickets for me, but the system of having the priority ticket numbers based on a bidding system was a bit difficult to understand, and as a result, it was very different from the conditions I had hoped for, which was very disappointing. I also received a response to my inquiry, but there was no reply regarding important aspects such as consecutive numbering, and I was surprised to receive intimidating language in return. Unfortunately, I don't think I want to use your service again.
