This was my first time using a live event ticket proxy service, so I was worried about various things like the fees and how the tickets would be delivered, but I decided to use this site. I participated in WINNER's tour this time. I was given seats that matched my preferences, And I was very satisfied with being able to see the rehearsal for an additional fee. I feel very secure because there are staff who can speak Japanese. I can trust them because they contact me frequently. What I was concerned about in this transaction was that, The collection of money and ticket delivery were at a different location than the concert venue. It was my first time at the venue in Korea, and even though I researched it beforehand, I didn't know the actual distance, So I almost ended up being late. I left early, but many unexpected things happened, and I was quite panicked. It would be very helpful if you could collect the money at the same time as the meeting at the rehearsal reception location. In the end, I made it on time, so it's not a big problem now. The concert was good, but the rehearsal was really worth paying extra to see! Thank you for a happy time. Thank you again.

Thank you very much.   I enjoyed the first day in the reserved seating on the second floor.   Standing was also a first experience for me, but it was fun.   It was my first time participating alone, but it was good.

I was even able to participate in the rehearsal viewing, which I wasn't expecting, and I am very satisfied.   Just one thing, I arrived at the meeting place at the meeting time for the rehearsal viewing, but there were no staff members present, which made me anxious. I checked by calling out to people who looked like they might be involved. After 10 minutes, a staff member with a sign arrived, and I was relieved. They were probably guiding the people who had gathered earlier. However, since there were no signs or staff members even at the meeting time, I was very worried that I might be at the wrong place, or that maybe the time was different.
