The HobiCon FINAL on June 13th was a miraculous stage with all the BTS members together. I'm so incredibly grateful to have been able to participate in this live, especially as a VIP. It was my first time watching UmaChun (or Uma Chuun - phonetic spelling), and I arrived without getting lost because you provided detailed instructions with photos for the meeting place. The female staff member who led us to the venue was smiling the whole time and very friendly, even telling me about a delicious restaurant near the venue, which eased my nervousness about attending for the first time. The venue is about the size of a movie theater, so even the very back seats were really close! I would like to request again next time. Thank you very much!

I asked them hoping they could get me good seats on the floor. As a result, they got me seats in the back under the ceiling for a high price. I could have gotten better seats if I had ticketed myself. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone hoping for good seats. I was very disappointed.

The seats, especially on the first day, were amazing, and I was so moved to be able to see the artist from so close!! The transaction was also really polite, and they summarized the schedule for the day and what I needed, so I was able to get into the venue for sure. I'd like to ask GT again in the future!
