The exchange regarding the additional fees went smoothly.

Thank you for getting us good seats. I was hesitant to go to Korea at this time of year, but I'm glad I went. Standing was difficult with the long wait, but I was able to see them up close because of it. It's reassuring to know that there are tour staff on-site, and I'm really glad I used your services.

Thank you so much for everything this time! I even considered canceling at one point, but I'm glad I went! It was the best concert ever! I had an early number, so I was able to get a good spot ^^ I would definitely like to ask for your help again! Thank you ^^

Thank you for all your help this time. It was great to see 2PM's members' faces clearly from the good seats in the front row. Thank you very much. I was also glad I could receive the ticket earlier than the meeting time for local pickup. I look forward to working with you again.

Hello! This time, I got a standing ticket, and because the numbered ticket was very good, I was able to see it right in front of the sub-stage ^^ The distance to the members was so close that I could see the beads of sweat! I was really impressed! I hope to have another opportunity.

It was my first time using a proxy service, but the communication was smooth and helpful. The pick-up location on site was also easy to understand and great. Thank you very much m(_ _)m

This was my first time using this service. I was able to get a standing spot in the very front row, and I was so happy to see the members so close. It was a dreamlike day. If there's a concert next year, I definitely want to go. What can I do to get a better queue number? Thank you so much for everything this time.

I had a very enjoyable trip to Korea. I was able to enjoy the concert with a good seat number. Thank you very much. I look forward to working with you again.

Thank you very much for securing a great number for me. I am very satisfied with your excellent response to my sudden request. I would definitely like to ask you again next time.

2PM Seoul Concert - 2 tickets This was the third time I've asked for ticket assistance, and again you provided a prompt response and even better seats, allowing me to enjoy the concert! I will definitely ask again!
