It was a very good ticket number, and I was able to see my favorite idol up close! Also, the ticket pickup booth was not crowded like the other booths, as it was exclusively for GT Tour, and the staff member in charge could speak Japanese fluently and responded politely, so it was very smooth! The other booths were handling multiple agencies together, so some people were waiting for over an hour and missed the red carpet lineup. I'm really glad I went through GT Tour!

I was worried because the ticketing method changed this time, so I had them purchase it for me. They secured my first-choice seats, and I was able to enjoy the performance calmly from a good vantage point. They respond and reply quickly to inquiries, and as the performance date approaches, they provide information such as how to get there. I believe it is a reliable company, so I think everything will be fine even if something happens. I will use their service again if I have the opportunity.

We had a great time. Very happy to experience this. I thought it was a great lineup. It was very exciting. It was unfortunately hard to see the performers unless they came out on the thrust stage because the people in the standing section was in front of us blocked the view. I wish the seats had been raised since we paid more to be closer, and I wish large cameras and the tripods were not allowed because they blocked the view as well. Also, I wish they used a digital ticket QR code or something instead of needing to pick them up ahead of time. I ended up traveling to and from the area twice because of plans my kids had plans that day that I had to leave to get the tickets and then go back and get them. I would go again if I have the opportunity!

I am a foreigner so booking an Ad in Korea is not easy but with the service provided by GT Tours it was very simple. If I had any questions I always got a quick and helpful answer. Every step in the process is explained carefully. I had a great time booking the Ad and I think I will ise this service in the future as well!
