I wasn't able to get the VIP seats I wanted. Looking at other people's reviews, it seems like almost no one is getting VIP, so the success rate might not be very high. The seats I got were general admission on the 3rd floor, within the 10th row. In the end, there were a lot of cancellations, so I was able to get VIP seats for a different date on my own, which was good, but since I paid a lot of money to request this service, I wish you had tried to secure tickets not just on the release date, but also after that. I thought that if I could get the tickets myself, there might be no need to pay a lot of money to request this service. I think this is a service best suited for people who aren't particular about their seats! This was my first time using a proxy service, and it was a good experience.

This was my first Seoul concert, and even though I didn't understand the system, they explained it carefully and were able to secure the tickets I wanted.   I requested the best seats as an option, but the result was a below-average seat on the side. After going to the venue, I regretted once again that I had requested a proxy instead of ticketing myself. Of course, our company is not at fault because the rules state, "We do not guarantee the securing of good seats," and it was my mistake to assume that I could get good seats because the price was 4.5 times the list price. It was an expensive lesson, but it seemed to be based on raising expectations with high fees, and it was very informative.      

I decided to use this service thinking it would be reliable after reading the reviews, and the service was indeed courteous from beginning to end. However, as others have mentioned, I was also assigned a seat far from what I had hoped for, so in the end, I didn't use the assigned seat and bought a floor seat for roughly the same amount I paid to this agency. It was my first Seoul concert, so I was worried about getting a ticket, which is why I used this service, but the seat wasn't worth the money, which was truly disappointing. In the unlikely event of trouble entering the seat purchased under another person's name, I think you'll need your own ticket, but in the end, I only used my ticket to get the fan club benefits. I couldn't find anyone to give the ticket to and ended up creating an empty seat, so I only recommend this service to people who don't care about their seat location.

I had requested two VIP tickets with the highest-priced option for myself and a friend. However, I only got one ticket, and it was a seat about the third row from the ceiling. It was extremely disappointing. I understand that ticket purchases aren't guaranteed, but I wish there was a system to cancel if the seat was too far from my expectations. Due to an eye condition that makes it difficult to see things far away, I ended up re-purchasing a seat myself and gave the one I got here to someone else. It was like throwing away tens of thousands of yen.

I reserved on the day reservations opened and requested floor seats for two days, but I got the last row on the 2nd floor and a row in the back on the 1st floor. Ultimately, there were many cancellations for the performance, and better seats were available without paying extra to request them. So, even after initially securing seats, I wish they had held out a little longer in case preferred seats became available... For the same price I paid for the last row on the 2nd floor, I got a 2nd-row floor seat through another channel and went with that instead. I only recommend using this service if you don't care where you sit and just want to avoid the hassle of getting tickets yourself.

Thank you for securing such good seats for us. The venue was the World Cup stadium, but on the first day we were in arena row 6, fourth from the far right, and on the second day we were in arena row 17, slightly to the right of center. In conclusion, the second day was definitely better. On the first day, the artists hardly came to the end of the stage, and the distance was about 40m, which was quite far. On the second day, it was almost directly in front of us, so we were much more satisfied, and the distance was about 30m, so we could just barely make out their expressions. In the future, I think it would be better to prioritize seats closer to the center, rather than focusing on being in a front row. (I thought it would be better to do that in general, not just for personal reasons.)
