This was my first time attending a Seoul concert, and after considering various options such as individual agents and companies, I decided to go with GTTOUR. My reasons were that it's a major company, so I wasn't worried about communication issues (like being unreachable or getting canceled without notice), and I appreciated the ability to communicate in Japanese. Recently, there have been many cases of tickets being canceled due to macro ticketing, but since I really wanted to go to this particular performance, it was a huge relief that I didn't have to worry about that. While I can manage in Korean to some extent, it was still reassuring to be able to communicate in Japanese. I'm grateful for their prompt responses to my inquiries. The seating was as per the option I chose, and while I wished I could have gotten a slightly better seat within that range, it was still in accordance with the chosen option, so there's no problem there. I wouldn't recommend them to those who absolutely want to be in the front row, but I recommend them to those who just want to make sure they can definitely attend the performance, regardless of the seat.
