This was my first Seoul concert and my first time using a proxy service, but the emails and procedure flow were explained carefully, so it was very easy to understand even for beginners. The actual concert started late because my flight was delayed by 2 hours, so I didn't make it in time for the opening, but if there's a next time, I'd like to use this service again. I enjoyed the red carpet event from very good seats. The movement from the red carpet to the main show wasn't smooth, which is the responsibility of the music festival organizers and was disappointing. The transportation was smooth. Thank you.

I was anxious about whether I could get tickets on my own for my first Seoul concert, so I asked for help here. The responses to any questions were quick, and they answered each question properly no matter how many times I asked until I was satisfied, so I was able to trade with peace of mind. Regarding the seat, I requested within the 5th row of VIP on 5/4 (Sat). I wished for VIP no matter what, even if it wasn't within the 5th row, but what I actually got was the F2 standing area. For this concert, most of the songs were performed on the center stage, and in the F2 area, I ended up seeing the back of the five members almost the entire time. However, when the five members split up and danced, my favorite member often danced in front of the F2 area, so I could see them up close, and it turned out to be a good result. I was able to get tickets for 5/3 (Fri) on my own through the fan club. Perhaps because 3 (Fri) was a normal weekday in Korea, there were quite a few empty seats on the following day if it was on the second floor. There were no empty seats on the 4th (Sat) and 5th (Sun) by the time I could access the site, even on the ticket open day. I wasn't able to fulfill my dream of soundcheck and VIP seats, but I was able to trade with peace of mind from beginning to end, and I would like to consider using this service again if I have another opportunity. This was my second time participating, following my participation 5 years ago. They responded quickly to inquiries and delivery, so I was able to request with peace of mind. I don't know about next year yet, but I would like to request them again at another event. Thank you very much!

This year's Baeksang was so good because the MCs were different from usual, so I really wanted to watch it properly, but it was far away and small... I came back feeling completely unfulfilled. But I am grateful to Ren-san, who waited for me in the cold despite me being late. Thank you very much.

It was very good, but it was a shame that the people sitting in front of me were Korean and had bad manners. I don't think the tickets were purchased from GT, and since they weren't actually sitting in their assigned seats but were just sitting in empty ones, I think they came from somewhere else. I think it's an issue for the organizer to address, but from the perspective of someone who paid money, I would like them to be thorough about it. Thank you for GT's support.
