      I had hoped for VIP, but my request wasn't granted and I had general seating. Even so, it was towards the front, so I enjoyed it plenty! Thank you very much. I didn't think I could get tickets on my own, so I'm grateful. I would like to ask for your help again for the next concert. Please make it VIP next time!

      I was in a front seat, but because I wanted VIP, the seat was a little disappointing. However, the payment and communication were very kind and the response was quick, which was great. Thank you very much.

      I was second to last from the back in the second floor seats, but it was close to the center, so it was easy to see the entire stage, which was great. All the members were there, and Jin and Jungkook even sang, which was amazing. I was so moved that I cried. Thank you so much for everything this time. I would love to request your services again.

      This was my second time using the service, following the Seoul concert, for j-hope's concert. I'm so grateful that you prepared the seats I wanted again.
