I went to Korea for the first time for a comeback to support my idol! I've always wanted to attend a live broadcast, so I requested it through this service. I was worried since it was my first time, but the local staff could speak Japanese and were very kind, which made me feel secure. I was told that the seat for the live broadcast viewing wouldn't be known until the day of, and this time it was at the very back, but I was able to see them from a closer distance than I expected! I was happy to see the comeback performance and overall I was very satisfied!! Thank you so much! I would like to use this service again.

The response was quick, and the courteous service from start to finish allowed me to interact with peace of mind. It was a performance with limited seating and fierce competition, and I even tried to access the tickets myself on the day of ticketing, but by the time I got in, it was already sold out. I'm glad I used the service because they secured seats in the front row for a performance I definitely couldn't have gotten myself. It became a very memorable performance. The price was as quoted and clear, so although it's not cheap, I could agree to the transaction. I would like to use the service again when there's a performance I absolutely want to attend.
