    • Payment is accepted by bank transfer only.
    • We process payment confirmations between 14:00 and 15:00 on business days.
    • Payments made after 15:00 on Fridays will be confirmed on the next business day.

    • Depending on your transfer method, you may not be able to enter the booking number.

    • ★ About Ticket Arrangement and Allocation
    • We operate on a prepayment system, and ticket allocations are made randomly based on the selected options for customers whose payments have been confirmed.
    • The order of booking numbers and payment timing do not affect ticket allocation.
    • As long as payment is confirmed by the deadline, all arrangements will be made fairly and randomly.
    • ※ Important Notes:
    • Some products may be arranged based on the order of payment or booking. Please refer to the product page for specific details.
    ※ Arrangement results will typically be shared via the COMMENTS section within 5 business days after the ticket release date (excluding weekends and holidays). After that, you can check your seat classification details in the Booking Management Page. ※ For popular performances, ticket arrangements may take longer than usual due to expected difficulties in securing tickets. In such cases, a notice will be posted on the booking page in advance. Please refer to the Ticket Arrangement section of each booking page. ※ If Arrangement is Not Possible If tickets cannot be arranged, a full refund will be provided excluding the transfer fee.
    FAQ about Arrangements
    • ★ About Shipping
    • Basically, shipping is done via EMS from Korea.
    • Shipping Period: Usually takes about 2-3 days to receive.
    • By default, items are shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase.
    • ※ If no address was provided during the purchase, the items will be shipped to the address registered at sign-up.
    • Ticket (product) shipping typically begins 3 business days after the organizer's shipping date and is scheduled to arrive at least one week before the performance.
    • ※ If delivery cannot be completed one week before the performance, we may change to hotel delivery. Please keep this in mind.
    Alternative Delivery Methods When EMS Shipping is Not Possible

    • Ticket Exchange Voucher via Email - Exchange your ticket at the venue's ticket booth
    • on the day of the event.

    • Hotel Delivery - We will leave the tickets at the hotel front desk.
    • ※ In cases where normal shipping is not possible (if you arrive more than one week before the event,
    • or if the EMS delivery cannot be completed and the package is returned), additional shipping fees may apply due to changes in the delivery method.
    Additional Fees When EMS Shipping is Not Possible

    • Hotel Delivery: Hotel delivery costs vary based on distance and weight,
    • with additional fees ranging from $7 to $15 or more.
    • Please note that as packages are not delivered directly to you but to the hotel front desk or bell desk, there is a risk of loss during this process, and we are not responsible for any lost items after hotel delivery is completed.
    • Once your package has been delivered to the hotel, please check directly with the hotel front desk.

    • On-site Pickup
    • If pickup is arranged by our company:
    • There is no additional fee when you receive your ticket directly from our staff at the designated pickup location. The pickup location will be specified in advance.
    • If you request on-site pickup instead of shipping:
    • Delivering tickets (products) to the venue incurs additional staff costs of approximately $25-$40.
    • Our staff will hand over the ticket at the venue approximately 2–3 hours before the event starts.

    EMS Tracking Number
    • Once your ticket is shipped via EMS, we will provide you with a tracking number.
    • You can check the delivery status through the booking page on My Page using the tracking number.
    • Please note that EMS tracking becomes available the day after shipment, so tracking will not be visible on the shipping day.

    ※ If you are booking two or more events, please be sure to make your booking under a single booking number. - Even if your bookings are made under separate booking numbers, it will not affect the priority of ticket allocation.

    1. For On-site Ticket Pickup 1-1. If you book two or more events under one booking number:
    → You can pick up all tickets on the first event date at the venue.
    1-2. If you book each event under separate booking numbers:
    → You will need to pick up each ticket separately on the day of each event.

    2. For EMS Shipping 2-1. If you book two or more events under one booking number:
    → You only need to pay one shipping fee (USD $17), and all tickets will be shipped together via EMS.
    2-2. If you book each event under separate booking numbers:
    → You will need to pay the shipping fee for each booking, and the tickets will be shipped separately.
