【Notes for Visiting HYBE INSIGHT】

1. Strict adherence to entry time (Entry is not allowed if you are more than 10 minutes late)

>>> Entry is possible 25 minutes before the designated entry time

2. Cash payment is not accepted at the merchandise shop, etc.

3. Enter from the B2 floor

>>> Photography and videography are strictly prohibited on the B2 floor. Photography is allowed only on the B1 floor.

4. Exit Shin Yongsan Station (Subway Line 4) Exit 2, go straight, approximately 8 minutes on foot

5. HYBE INSIGHT app is required

>>> The app is used for everything from check-in to entry/exit, audio guide (no Japanese version available at the moment), and AR games.

6. Wear comfortable shoes as there are no places to sit while viewing.

7. Backpacks are not allowed.

>>> Free lockers are available on the stairs before entering the building.

8. Bring your own earphones to listen to the audio guide.
