On August 12th, the global sports brand Nike opened its large shop "NIKE SEOUL" in Myeongdong, Seoul's representative bustling downtown area. The shop is located in the space formerly occupied by "H&M" in the landmark shopping building "NOON SQUARE" in Myeongdong. After "H&M" closed in 2020, the space remained vacant for some time, but Nike has now moved into the three floors from the 1st to the 3rd floor.

"NIKE SEOUL" is a concept shop called "NIKE Rise," different from regular shops, and it is the second "NIKE Rise" shop in the world, following the one opened in Guangzhou, China. "NIKE Rise" is attracting attention as a digital experience store that connects digital and consumers.

The business hours are from 10:30 to 22:00, open all year round. To prevent the spread of COVID-19, the store plans to operate while limiting the number of simultaneous visitors.
