Busan City plans to revitalize the tourism industry in the southern region through the opening of "Lotte World Adventure." "Lotte World Adventure" will feature 17 attractions, including the Giant Digger and Giant Splash, which are being introduced in Korea for the first time, as well as various performances. It is expected to become a driving force for the revitalization of the Osiria Tourist Complex, aiming to become an international tourist city.

In addition to the theme park, the golf course, which opened first in the tourist complex in 2014, is used by over 100,000 people annually, and Lotte Outlet opened in December of the same year. Furthermore, the Busan National Science Museum, which opened in 2015, attracts 1 million visitors annually, and the coastal promenade located on the coast of Gijang-eup, as well as Ananti Hilton and Ananti Penthouse, are also visited by many tourists.

Aqua World, another core facility within the tourist complex, began construction in April last year with a target opening in 2023 and is currently under construction. It will be built on a 40,000㎡ scale with an investment of approximately 140 billion won, and will feature an artificial lagoon, Korea's first underwater guest rooms, and tropical · subtropical jungle gardens.

Various types of accommodation facilities, including residence-type lifestyle accommodations, tourist hotels, resort-type resorts, and villa-type condominiums, will also be part of the Osiria Tourist Complex.

The eco-resort "Village de Ananti," located on a seaside hill with a site area of 160,000 square meters, is being constructed with an investment of approximately 580 billion won and is scheduled to open next year.

The villa-type condominium aims for luxury that emphasizes privacy as a high-end resort facility. The name has been confirmed as "Banyan Tree Busan" with the global luxury hotel & resort Banyan Tree Group and the top-tier Banyan Tree brand, and the contract with the operating company has also been finalized. "Banyan Tree Busan" will have a total of 195 rooms, with an investment of approximately 400 billion won, and is aiming to open in 2024 as a world-class resort.

Busan Urban Corporation analyzed the economic ripple effects of the Osiria Tourist Complex development and found that construction investment is expected to generate ripple effects such as 7.4 trillion won in production inducement, over 46,000 jobs, and 5.2 trillion won in added value. In terms of tax revenue, a total tax revenue effect of 1.1 trillion won is expected through direct and indirect means.

Meanwhile, Lotte World Adventure held an opening ceremony at 2 PM on the 30th and unveiled the facility.
