The Punggidae (flagpole stand) located on the hill behind Jibokheon, where the king's concubines lived, is a pedestal for a flag used to measure wind direction and speed, and is a relic that conveys the history of meteorological observation during the Joseon Dynasty. The full moon model will be illuminated from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
On the 24th, the day of the Little New Year (Daeboreum), an event to observe the full moon, Jupiter, and winter constellations will also be held at the Grand Greenhouse from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. No advance registration is required for the event. It will be canceled in case of rain or snow.
