Even though it is still October, the weather in Seoul already feels like winter.

Autumn Weather in Korea

Korea’s autumn season usually runs from September to November, known for its clear skies and mild temperatures. However, this year has been unusually cold.
In the early mornings and late evenings, the temperature can drop to around 5°C (41°F), so it is not surprising that some people have already started wearing puffer jackets.

Lightweight puffer jackets are especially popular among young people this year. They are warm, light, and easy to wear without feeling bulky.

BTS JIN Concert Essentials and Weather Tips

Weather Forecast for BTS Jin’s Concert (Oct 31 – Nov 1, Incheon)

As of October 29, light rain is expected to start around 7 PM on October 31.
If you are attending the concert, it is best to prepare a small umbrella or a raincoat.

The lowest temperature on both days is around 11°C (52°F). It is not extremely cold, but because of the rain, it might feel chillier than it actually is. We recommend dressing warmly and comfortably.

Also, since your bag or seat might get wet, pack a large plastic bag to cover your belongings and a small towel to wipe off any moisture.

But the weather forecast may change anytime. Check the updated forecast the day before and on the day of the concert. Hopefully, it will not rain...
