On the day of visit, show QR at the ticket booth to receive your ticket and enter
☆After you make a reservation, payment instructions will be provided via the COMMENTS section, so please make sure to check it regularly. Your reservation will not be confirmed until payment is completed.☆
- Refunds due to closures or shortened hours caused by natural disasters or extreme weather will be evaluated case by case.
- Photos and information are for reference only and may differ from reality.
- Before entering, please present your voucher (QR) at the Seoul Sky ticket booth and exchange it for a ticket. Entry is not allowed with the voucher alone.
- Even if the admission ticket is not used, we are unable to offer a refund if you do not contact us to cancel in advance within the valid period.
- We are only responsible for the ticket reservation. We are not responsible for satisfaction with facilities or services at the venue.
- Please check the official website for exact operating hours.
- Tickets can be issued and entry is allowed up to 1 hour before closing time.
- Children under 36 months are admitted free of charge with valid documentation (1 child per 1 adult).

All confirmations regarding price, payment, changes, modifications, additions, or cancellations, and processing status can be checked via My Page.
If You Don’t Receive Notification Emails
1. Please double-check that the email address you registered during sign up or booking does not have any spelling errors.
2. Please check your email account settings to ensure that our address is not filtered as spam.

If you wish to make changes to your reservation details after booking, please notify us via the COMMENTS section on the booking page.
If you cancel due to your own circumstances after your reservation has been confirmed (payment made), the following cancellation fees or penalties equivalent to the cancellation fee will apply.
Any changes to reservations will be treated as a cancellation.
Please note that we are unable to provide detailed explanations regarding the breakdown of the cancellation fee.
