    Price Guide

    We will purchase various products currently on sale in Korea on your behalf and deliver them to you via international mail (EMS). Delivery to any desired address within Korea is also available. 

    Not only artist-related MD goods, but also cosmetics, clothing, accessories, and miscellaneous goods not yet available in your country!!

    Feel free to ask us about any kind of product. 

     

     Notes Before Booking

     We may decline requests for items that cannot be transported by air or are restricted for import/export to your country.

    We cannot provide proxy service for MD goods sold at concert venues that require long queues.

    Handling Fee + Product Price + Shipping Fee will be included in final charge.

    Products will be secured only after payment is confirmed.

    The Handling Fee varies depending on the purchase method, difficulty, and artist's popularity in the case of MD goods.

    Handling Fee (Proxy Fee + Miscellaneous Costs)

    $22 USD 〜 (for online purchases)

    $37 USD 〜 (for offline purchases)

    ※EMS shipping fee and product price are not included in the Handling fee.

    ※If the product is first-come first-served item , the minimum proxy fee starts from $73 USD.

     

    <Application Process>

    Application

    Set quantity to [1], click [Add], and then click [Book Now]. 

    There is an “Additional Information” section at the bottom of the application page. Please fill it out.

    Provide detailed information about the product you wish to purchase.

     

    Payment

    After booking, our staff will review your application and provide a quote and payment instructions via the COMMENTS section on your My Page.

     

    If the booking is made outside our business hours, we will respond on the next business day.

    Once you confirm the payment details and agree with the fee,

    please pay the amount by the deadline.

     

    Booking Confirmation

    Once we confirm your payment, your reservation will be finalized and we will send you a note through the COMMENTS section.

    If you do not receive COMMENTS, please contact us.

    ※If we can not confirm your payment by the due date, the reservation will be canceled. Please be careful.

     

    Product Purchase

    (For online purchases) Once the purchase is complete, we will send a proof photo via the reservation page.

    When the item arrives at our office, we will inspect and pack it, and inform you of the EMS shipping fee.

    (For offline purchases) After purchase, we will inspect and pack the item and inform you of the EMS shipping fee. For offline purchases, it may take 2-3 days to complete the proxy shopping.

     

    Product Delivery

    By default, we ship via EMS.

    Once we send EMS shipping fee instructions in the COMMENTS section, please make the payment within the designated deadline.

    We will ship the item on the same or next business day after payment is confirmed.

    The EMS tracking number will be posted on your reservation page upon shipment.​ 

    Shipping Guide

    We basically deliver all items to your home.

     

    ① EMS Shipping

    Shipping fees will be calculated based on weight after the item is purchased and notified separately.

    ※Depending on the item, EMS shipping may not be possible due to aviation regulations.

    In such cases, we will contact you separately.

     

    Please make sure to enter the correct recipient information when applying.

    We are not responsible for any delivery issues caused by missing address details in the recipient information section of the reservation page.

     

    For those choosing home delivery

    ・EMS(Express Mail Service) to your country.

    ・The tracking number will be posted on the reservation page at the time of shipment.

    ・It typically arrives in 5-10 days after shipping. But it varies depending on the country.

    ・Please double-check your registered recipient address.

     

    ② Pickup at our nearest station

    Shipping Fee – Free 

    Pickup is available at a station near our Seoul office.

    If desired, details will be provided via the COMMENTS section.

     

    ③ Domestic courier delivery

    Shipping Fee - $7 (Additional charges may apply for remote or island regions)

     

    ④ Domestic express (quick) delivery

     Charges vary depending on size, weight, and distance. Please contact us through the COMMENTS section about the fee.

    1.  Weight and Size Limitations

    We handle up to 30 kg per package.

    The sum of length, width, and height should not exceed 160 cm.

     

    2. Delivery Time

    Packages usually arrive within 5-10 days after shipping.

    Delays may occur due to customs inspections.

     

    3. Insurance

    Included up to USD 1,000 equivalent to the product value.

    *If the item is undamaged but the package is damaged, it may not be covered.

    *Insurance does not cover functional issues without visible external damage on electronics.

    *No compensation for equivalent, alternative, or similar products.

     

    4. Package Tracking

    Each package will have a 9-digit tracking number. Tracking available from our side.

     

    5. Customs Duties

    You may be charged customs fees by the courier upon arrival. This depends on customs decisions, and we cannot know in advance.

    Customs duties, if incurred, are to be paid upon delivery (except in special cases like oversized packages).

    For customs inquiries, please contact the shipping carrier listed on the invoice using your tracking number.

    Direct customs questions to your nearest customs office.

     

    6. Oversized Packages

    If a package exceeds size limits, a custom quote is needed.

    The estimate may take at least a week (longer depending on carrier volume).

    If you are in urgent need, we may not meet your expectations.

    Oversized packages are treated as “air cargo” rather than regular courier.

    This results in significantly higher international shipping costs.

    Unlike courier service, air cargo also incurs domestic delivery fees within your country.

    Important Notes

    ☆After you make a reservation, payment instructions will be provided via the COMMENTS section, so please make sure to check it regularly. Your reservation will not be confirmed until payment is completed.

     

    1. We will purchase the product only after confirming your payment.

    2. If you cancel (or request changes) after payment for personal reasons, the full amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

    3. If the item is sold out and cannot be secured:

    (Online) Full refund including base fee will be provided.

    (Offline) Additional fees and item cost will be refunded, but the base fee will not be refunded if staff already traveled on-site.

    4. Even within the sale period, we may not be able to fulfill the order if the item is sold out.

    5. If many items are shipped to the same address, there is a possibility customs duties may apply. If so, the customer is responsible for those fees.


    Reservation Process
    Sign up → Log in → Fill in the required information on the application screen → Agree to terms & conditions and apply → A confirmation email will be sent automatically

    If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check the COMMENTS section on your booking page.
    All confirmations regarding price, payment, changes, modifications, additions, or cancellations, and processing status can be checked via My Page.

    If You Don’t Receive Notification Emails 
    1. Please double-check that the email address you registered during sign up or booking does not have any spelling errors.
    2. Please check your email account settings to ensure that our address is not filtered as spam.

     How COMMENTS section looks like

    If you have any questions, please use the COMMENTS section for quicker communication.
    If you wish to make changes to your reservation details after booking, please notify us via the COMMENTS section on the booking page.

    Cancellation Policy

    If you cancel due to your own circumstances after your reservation has been confirmed (payment made), the following cancellation fees or penalties equivalent to the cancellation fee will apply.

    Please note that we are unable to provide detailed explanations regarding the breakdown of the cancellation fee.

    Returns & Transaction Cancellation

    For Korean online shops, return requests must be made within 7 days.

    Due to the nature of the proxy service, delivery often takes more than 7 days.

    Therefore, returns or exchanges for customer's personal reasons are not accepted.
