D AWARDS is a K-pop awards ceremony organized by Sports Donga, a leading Korean sports and entertainment daily newspaper. Following this year’s event, the ceremony is scheduled to return in February next year.

The 2026 edition will be held on February 11 at Korea University Hwajeong Gymnasium.

This year's ceremony featured many prominent 5th-generation idol groups such as ENHYPEN, TWS, ZEROBASEONE, RIIZE, and NCT WISH, and the upcoming event is also expected to showcase an impressive lineup!

1. Our ticket arrangement service operates on a prepayment basis.

However, please note that making a payment does not guarantee that tickets will be secured.

If we are unable to secure tickets, we will refund the full amount.

2. Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances (lost, stolen, damaged, etc.).

3. The content of the performance is subject to change without prior notice due to local circumstances or other unavoidable reasons.

4. If we are unable to deliver the ticket after the arrangement has been completed:

● In the case of human error (such as loss or incorrect ticket details, etc.):

We will try to rearrange tickets to meet your preferences as best as possible.

● In the case of force majeure:

A full refund will be issued. However, we cannot compensate beyond the amount you have paid.

5. If you wish to cancel your order,

please first check the cancellation fee policy stated on the product page,

and then notify us of your request via the COMMENTS section on your booking page.

6. If the event is canceled, postponed, or its content significantly changed, resulting in an unavoidable cancellation of your reservation, we will issue a refund after deducting a 30% cancellation fee from the total amount, once we have confirmed the refund from the organizer to our company.

Please note that the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the total amount paid, including any optional service fees, regardless of the payment method used for those options.

Additionally, any shipping costs required for ticket returns, will be the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

7. Our company only acts as an agent to purchase tickets upon the customer's request.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by the customer, except in cases of intentional misconduct or negligence on our part.

8. If a ticket is issued under our staff’s name and identity verification is required at the venue, there is a possibility that you may be denied entry.

Please only proceed with the reservation if you understand and accept this risk.

In the event that you are not allowed entry for this reason, no refunds or compensations will be provided.

9. Even if you purchase multiple tickets at once, we may not be able to arrange them with consecutive seats.

10. Once tickets are shipped from us, we cannot reissue tickets for any reason if lost.

Cancellation Policy

I agree to the cancellation policy below.

If you cancel due to your own circumstances after your reservation has been confirmed (payment made), the following cancellation fees or penalties equivalent to the cancellation fee will apply.

Changes to reservations will be treated the same as cancellations.

Please note that we are unable to provide detailed explanations regarding the breakdown of the cancellation fee.
