    Ticket Reservation Method

    Tickets will be secured using your NAVER account that has passed identity verification.

    You will be asked to input your NAVER account details during the application process, so please prepare one NAVER account per attendee.

    Mobile Tickets

    No physical paper or card tickets will be issued, whether domestic or global. Admission on the day of the event will be via mobile ticket (QR code). Details will be provided up to one week before the event.

    Important Notes

    If we are unable to secure your preferred session, we will reserve another session on the same day by default. If you only wish to attend a specific session, please note this clearly in the "Request" field.


    Once a seat has been secured under your name, we are unable to provide refunds in the event of cancellation. 

    Also if we temporarily hold your SMTOWN & STORE ID for ticketing purposes, your ID will be securely managed by our staff. Please refrain from using the same ID yourself or with another proxy service during that time.


    Booking Flow
    Sign up → Log in → Fill in the required information on the application screen → Agree to terms & conditions and apply → A confirmation email will be sent automatically

    If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check the COMMENTS section on your booking page.
    All confirmations regarding price, payment, changes, modifications, additions, or cancellations, and processing status can be checked via My Page.

    If You Don’t Receive Notification Emails : 
    1. Please double-check that the email address you registered during sign up or booking does not have any spelling errors.
    2. Please check your email account settings to ensure that our address is not filtered as spam.

    If you wish to make changes to your reservation details after booking, please notify us via the COMMENTS section on the booking page.

    We will do our best to secure the best possible tickets for you.
    1. Our ticket arrangement service operates on a prepayment basis.
    However, please note that making a payment does not guarantee that tickets will be secured.
    If we are unable to secure tickets, a full refund will be issued excluding the handling fee (14 USD per ticket).

    2. Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances (lost, stolen, damaged, etc.).

    3. The content of the performance is subject to change without prior notice due to local circumstances or other unavoidable reasons.

    4. If you wish to cancel your order,
    please first check the cancellation fee policy stated on the product page,
    and then notify us of your request via the COMMENTS section on your booking page.

    5. If the event is canceled, postponed, or its content significantly changed, resulting in an unavoidable cancellation of your reservation, we will issue a refund after deducting a 30% cancellation fee from the total amount, once we have confirmed the refund from the organizer to our company.

    Please note that the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the total amount paid, including any optional service fees, regardless of the payment method used for those options.
    Additionally, any shipping costs required for ticket returns, will be the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

    6. Our company only acts as an agent to purchase tickets upon the customer's request.
    We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by the customer, except in cases of intentional misconduct or negligence on our part.

    7. Even if you purchase multiple tickets at once, we may not be able to arrange them with sequential seat numbers.

    8. Once you receive the paper tickets, they cannot be reissued under any circumstances if lost.

    Cancellation Policy

    If you cancel due to your own circumstances after your reservation has been confirmed (payment made), the following cancellation fees or penalties equivalent to the cancellation fee will apply.

    Any changes to reservations will be treated as a cancellation.

    Please note that we are unable to provide detailed explanations regarding the breakdown of the cancellation fee.

    If the ticket is secured under your name and you cancel it, it will be considered a cancellation of the entire reservation, and no refund will be provided under any circumstances.


    ​※ For events with a pre-sale, the pre-sale date will be considered the official ticket release date.

    ※ Requests for changes or cancellations will only be accepted during our business hours (Mon-Fri, 10:00-17:00 KST, excluding weekends and holidays)
