    ENA K POP UP CHART SHOW is a monthly music show that brings you chart-topping performances from the hottest K-POP artists right now.

    Price Guide

    ☆After you make a reservation, payment instructions will be provided via the COMMENTS section, so please make sure to check it regularly. Your reservation will not be confirmed until payment is completed.

    Additional Charges: Per Ticket

    *Additional charges may apply on-site under the following circumstances

    *Additional charges will be notified upon ticket arrangement completion and are to be paid on-site (in Korean Won or USD Dollar).


    Pick-up and drop-off options (Round trip only / Optional) : $22 USD per person
    * Departure Point : Lotte City Hotel Mapo (Exit 2 of Gongdeok Station, Seoul Subway)
    * Minimum Number of Participants: 3 (If the desired number is not met, transportation service will be canceled and refunded)

    <Product Overview>

     ・Reservations not available for Koreans (for foreigners only).

    ・Admission is possible for individuals aged 15 and above.

    ・Performers change weekly, we do not accept inquiries about the lineup.

    ・Please make sure to bring your passport on the day for identity verification.

    ・Reservations are confirmed upon payment.

    ・Ticket arrangement confirmation will be announced on the Monday, two days before the broadcast.

    ・If viewing is confirmed, meeting location and time will be notified in the COMMENTS section by Monday.

    ・If no broadcast is scheduled on the desired date, a full refund will be provided.

    ・Due to various circumstances, it may not be possible to arrange tickets even after the booking is confirmed.

    ・If there are remaining spots for dates other than the week you booked, date changes may be possible.

    ・If you wish to change the date after reservation, please contact us via the COMMENTS section.

    ・Date change is allowed only once from the initial booking confirmation and is possible up to 10 days before the broadcast date.

    ※ We and the event organizer bear no responsibility for accidents caused by not following staff instructions or warnings at the venue.

    ※ Lightsticks and slogans are allowed, but must be kept inside your bag during entry.

    ※ Cameras and large luggage (e.g., suitcases) are prohibited.
    ※ Items that may obstruct the view of other viewers (e.g., Name boards, Uchiwas) are not allowed. 
    ※ Violation of rules may result in forced removal, so please adhere to them.

    All confirmations regarding price, payment, changes, modifications, additions, or cancellations, and processing status can be checked via My Page.

    If You Don’t Receive Notification Emails : 
    1. Please double-check that the email address you registered during sign up or booking does not have any spelling errors.
    2. Please check your email account settings to ensure that our address is not filtered as spam.

     How COMMENTS section looks like

    If you have any questions, please use the COMMENTS section for quicker communication.
    If you wish to make changes to your reservation details after booking, please notify us via the COMMENTS section on the booking page.

    We will do our best to secure the best possible tickets for you.
    1. Our ticket arrangement service operates on a prepayment basis.
    However, please note that making a payment does not guarantee that tickets will be secured.
    If we are unable to secure tickets, we will refund the full amount.

    2. The content of the performance is subject to change without prior notice due to local circumstances or other unavoidable reasons.

    3. If we are unable to deliver the ticket after the arrangement has been completed:
    ● In the case of human error (such as loss or incorrect ticket details, etc.):
    We will try to rearrange tickets to meet your preferences as best as possible.
    ● In the case of force majeure:
    A full refund will be issued.
    However, we cannot compensate beyond the amount you have paid.

    4. If you wish to cancel your order, please first check the cancellation fee policy stated on the product page,
    and then notify us of your request via the COMMENTS section on your booking page. The cancellation fee will include all additional fees (additional payment may be required).

    5. If the event is canceled, postponed, or its content significantly changed, resulting in an unavoidable cancellation of your reservation, we will issue a full refund. 

    6. Our company only acts as an agent to purchase tickets upon the customer's request.
    We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by the customer, except in cases of intentional misconduct or negligence on our part.

    7. No-show cancellations or unpaid cancellation fees may result in restrictions on future reservations.

    8. Even if you purchase multiple tickets at once, we may not be able to arrange them with sequential seat numbers.

    Cancellation Policy

    If you cancel due to your own circumstances after your reservation has been confirmed (payment made), the following cancellation fees or penalties equivalent to the cancellation fee will apply.

    Please note that we are unable to provide detailed explanations regarding the breakdown of the cancellation fee.
