I attended a Seoul concert for the first time in about 10 years. The communication with GT regarding the ticketing process was smooth, and although it wasn't my preferred area, I know it would have been difficult to even secure a seat on my own for such a popular show, so I'm glad I asked for your help! Thank you very much for everything.

I have used your ticketing service for Seoul concerts several times in the past, so I decided to request your help again after a while! Although I couldn't get the Meet & Greet seats I wanted, I'm happy that I was able to attend the soundcheck for one day! I felt like it might have become easier to secure tickets through your service compared to before (perhaps due to Heeseung's influence?). I would love to use your service again next time! The process until the tickets appeared in my account was very smooth, and your support was polite and professional. Thank you very much!

I was very satisfied being right next to the sub-stage! I will definitely use this service again.

This was my first time using GT Tour. Thank you for your smooth and attentive service, from seat reservations to handling my special requests! Having Japanese-language support for picking up the tickets on-site was very reassuring. I was also grateful for the flexible assistance provided on the day of the event. The instructions for the red carpet were easy to understand as well. I would definitely like to use your services again. Thank you!

Everything from booking my preferred seat to picking up the ticket was very smooth. When I made an inquiry via LINE on the day of the event, they responded immediately, and I was even able to see the red carpet. I am very satisfied. Thank you very much.

From the meeting point to the ending of the show, everything was so seamless, and the guide really made the vibe comfortable! The people that are in your group are also fellow fans so make sure you befriend them as well for an even better experience!! The staff were very friendly and made the whole experience unforgettable. If you’re visiting Korea and want to experience how a music show works while also see your favorite singers perform, this experience is definitely for you!! You also get the best view of the whole stage and the MC section as well!! Will definitely use this service again! :D

I am grateful that you were able to secure it for me safely for two days.

I am very satisfied that I was able to get in without any issues. Thank you very much.
