Thank you for your service on the BTS shuttle bus from Goyang to Dongdaemun on April 11th. I used a shuttle bus from another company on April 9th, but the meeting point was vague, which caused a lot of trouble. GT Tour provided clear photos of the meeting point, and the person guiding us thoroughly checked the roster. They also very politely explained on the bus that we might have to wait for latecomers. What surprised me most was the staff. They were not only very fluent in Japanese but also wonderfully polite. I was also impressed by their polite greetings when we got off the bus. I would definitely like to use your service again. I believe it provides great peace of mind.
