Thanks to you, I was able to attend the best live concert. Although it was a little disappointing that I didn't get the seat I had hoped for, I understood, realizing the high competition. The explanations were thorough and easy to understand, which was very helpful. I was able to proceed smoothly without any confusion until the day of the event. Thank you very much. I would definitely like to request your services again in the future. I look forward to it.

Thank you for providing seats almost exactly as I requested, enabling me to see the members in person. Your consistently courteous and prompt service was much appreciated.

Thank you very much for your service this time! As it was my first time using your service, I had many concerns, but your careful handling allowed me to use it with peace of mind. You also secured the tickets for me, and I was able to enjoy the event without any issues on the day! I would like to use your service again if I have another opportunity.

It was a wonderful experience ! The staff is kind ! It was my first time at music show and I enjoyed a lot!

I always appreciate your help, GT-san. Thank you again for securing a seat for me, even with the difficult ticketing process! I was able to see the trolley very close up! I look forward to working with you again if there's another opportunity.

I was disappointed that I couldn't get the seats I wanted and ended up at the very back of the 3rd floor. However, to my surprise, the members came down into the audience, turning them into amazing seats. While they were far during the performance, I ultimately felt that these seats might have been better than the ones I had hoped for. The response was quick and explanations were thorough, so I would like to use their service again.

Thank you for getting me tickets for my desired seat. I had an absolute blast! I'll definitely use your service again next time.

Thanks to having a reservation, it was great to be able to get on the bus without having to queue in the rain! I was also able to find the guide immediately after leaving, and they contacted me in advance and were very friendly, so I was able to use the service with peace of mind.

I got in without any issues. It really is best to have it secured using your own account.
