I was able to issue and watch everything without any problems this time. First of all, thank you very much. Regarding the process of securing the tickets, I think you usually get a lot of requests for movies with GV (guest visits), so you're probably using a BOT to secure front row seats. However, since it was clear from the schedule that this time only one film had a GV, I honestly would have preferred to discuss the seating arrangements with you before securing the tickets, rather than after. However, I'm just happy to be able to watch them, so I don't want to make a big deal out of it. Please take this as a suggestion. Otherwise, all the services were courteous and I was very impressed.
