It was my first time at a regional performance, my first time on the KTX, and it had been a while since I'd been to a standing concert, so I was very worried before participating. However, throughout the tour, a staff member who could speak Japanese was always with me, and right before the concert, they came to ask, "Is there anything you need?" I purchased tickets for the second floor, but I was very lucky because they were able to provide seats on the first floor. Receiving the tickets was smooth and the communication was reassuring.
