I've often gone to overseas performances before, but this was the first time I used a service like this. I decided to use it with not much time to spare before the performance, but you answered my questions quickly and arranged everything promptly. When there was a minor problem, you quickly responded by phone, which gave me peace of mind. Regarding the seats, you listened to my request for consecutive numbers and provided very close, excellent seats, which was the best! There are some tickets that I can't arrange myself from Japan, so it was also a discovery that I can ask you to handle those from now on! I was able to fully enjoy the show from a very easy-to-see seat in the front row. It was my first time visiting the theater, but the directions were easy to understand and very helpful. I would definitely like to request again if I have the chance.
