I finally attended the Busan International Film Festival, which I had always wanted to go to. Not only were my favorite Korean filmmakers there, but also stars from all over the world, making for a glamorous opening ceremony. The seats you arranged were exactly as I had hoped, and I was very happy. Being an analog person, I was honestly worried when I received the image, wondering if it would be okay, but as expected of Korea, the tickets were properly issued and I was relieved. I would appreciate it if I have the opportunity again. Thank you very much. 

Thank you for your continued support. I attended the Busan International Film Festival again this year, as I did last year. I was looking forward to it this year because I learned a few days ago that an actor I support would be participating. When I applied, I expected half of the 마 area to be in front of the red carpet, but in reality, the area in front of the red carpet only extended to half of the 라 area (TT). Even though you secured a seat for me, it was far from the red carpet, and the backs of the camera crew became a wall, so I couldn't see anything with my naked eye. I was able to feel the atmosphere, but it was quite disappointing. I understand that securing seats is difficult for next year's film festival, but I would appreciate it if you would consider improving the optional seating.

I was very satisfied with the great seats. I was relieved by the courteous service. I would like to ask you again next year as well. Thank you very much.
