The seats were very easy to see from! I really enjoyed it being close enough to see with the naked eye ^^* Also, you included a map to the venue, so I was able to get there without getting lost! I would like to request your services again ^^*

As it was my first time, I had many questions, but I was very grateful for the polite support I received. What made me a little anxious was that the final information about the ticket itself wasn't available until the evening before my departure, and the hotel arrangements weren't made until the night before. It felt like everything was down to the wire, and being alone made me anxious and nervous. I was really happy to be able to participate in the stage greeting, but as others have written, the seats weren't very close to the front, and one time I was quite far back, so filming was difficult and it was hard to leave the venue. However, I learned a lot and I'm really glad I went and saw it. Thank you very much. I look forward to working with you again if I have the opportunity. 

I met with the guide at the station. They took me to KBS, said, "A staff member will come out, so please follow their instructions. Have fun!" and then left. After that, signs were put up, and people were divided into those with reserved seating tickets, those with admission tickets only, and those seeking same-day tickets. Fortunately, a kind person was there who told me in Japanese, but if that person hadn't been there, I wouldn't have been able to read the signs and wouldn't have known what to do. Since it was supposed to be a guide, I wish they had explained that much. If it's just to take me to the meeting place, I could have gone with a map...   The viewing was great with reserved seating and close to the stage. I thoroughly enjoyed the rehearsal and the actual performance for about 2 hours! 

Thank you for your continued support. This was an event at the end of July, so I'm posting this now, please forgive me. Haein's popularity is skyrocketing, and I've been interested in him for a while now. Thank you for getting me such good seats. I even got to high-five him, which was amazing. I will definitely use your services again, so thank you! 

This was my first time using a proxy service. I inquired with several companies, but GT was the only one that responded to me politely even after the secondary ticket sales opened. Their response was also quick. Despite it being a somewhat unique situation where a ticket exchange voucher was included with the purchased item, they listened carefully to my concerns and addressed them, and I was able to successfully see the performance yesterday. I will definitely book with GT again when there are performances in Korea. Thank you very much to the person who assisted me this time!
