I would like to use your service again when I visit the Busan International Film Festival in the years to come.   This time, the film festival management announced a crackdown on resold tickets just before the event, so for those who were told screenshots were not enough, some were fine if they gave their name, while others were completely ignored, so the response was inconsistent. My first ticket was for early in the morning, so they couldn't handle it in time, and I wasn't able to watch the film. Since it seems likely that these crackdowns will be strengthened in the years to come, it would be helpful if you could take measures such as purchasing with the same account or disclosing the password as well. Following on from last time, new customers were in the front seats, and I was told I could have gotten a 2nd-floor rear seat myself, so I didn't understand the point of using a proxy. After that, thanks to your efforts, it ended up being on the 1st floor, but even so, it was towards the back edge, so I couldn't see very well. I understand that seating is not guaranteed, but in the case of overseas performances, it becomes essential for Japanese people to exchange information locally, and you quickly hear about where people made their requests. It's very disappointing to see such a disparity in seat quality for roughly the same price. I've been trusting and continuing to ask, believing that next time will be better, but I'm starting to think I need to reconsider.
