GT tour mainly seems to offer services such as proxy arrangements for live tickets of Korean idols and locally exclusive merchandise. They also accepted a purchase request from Aladdin for a product unrelated to that genre.   I requested a proxy purchase for a used book that could not be shipped outside of Korea, and this was my second time using them. The person in charge contacted me promptly and courteously for both transactions. Also, the purchase procedure is handled through written communication, but they provide detailed support, such as accepting the purchase of another product if the requested product is out of stock.   The inspection and repackaging of the requested product, as well as the shipping procedure to Japan, were also quick. The product arrived without any problems.   Overall, I am very satisfied with their service, and I would like to use them again if I have the opportunity.

I had a few options for someone to go to the concert on my behalf, but I asked this company that has always taken good care of me in the past. They gave me detailed instructions with plenty of time before the event, including hotel check-in information and how to receive tickets locally, so I was able to travel to Korea with peace of mind. Actually, when I checked in at the hotel, I was told at the front desk that my name could not be found, which was troubling, but when I contacted the local staff member who had given me information in advance, they resolved the issue immediately. I think this is also thanks to the careful support they provided even before I traveled to Korea. I was able to contact them immediately without hesitation, and it was really reassuring. After that, they were very helpful in arranging for me to receive the tickets, and I am truly grateful. Thanks to you, I was able to get a great seat and create wonderful memories. The 2PM complete group concert, their first in 6 years, had super, super, super premium tickets, so I applied through GT and was able to go to the live show without a hitch. Seeing them as even more mature men than they were at their debut, I couldn't take my eyes off them for a single moment, and the time just flew by. It was my first time attending a music show, but a Japanese guide escorted me to the venue, so I was able to watch it without any problems. The stage and audience seats were closer than I expected, and I thoroughly enjoyed it even from my seat. I will use it again^^
