Ticket delivery was delayed due to local circumstances, so I had to receive them at the local accommodation... It wasn't a high-grade hotel, so I was very worried, but As soon as I said my name at the hotel reception, they handed me the envelope, which was a great relief.   It was a very competitive performance, so I was very happy to be able to see it. I didn't get the seats I hoped for, but the seats I received were on the MC side and better than I expected. I'm very grateful for that. However, I was planning to take a taxi from Incheon Airport to the place where I was supposed to receive the tickets, but the taxi driver got angry because they didn't know the location, and the staff at a nearby hotel didn't know it either. Couldn't there have been a more easily understandable location...? On the way back, I paid extra for transportation to the hotel, but I was dropped off on a road near the hotel in the rain, and from there I walked up and down stairs, getting lost for about 10 minutes. Normally, I would think that "to the hotel" means to right in front of the hotel. Considering how expensive the tickets were, I was very disappointed this time.

Thank you again for everything. However, I was nervously waiting because the ticket confirmation was taking a while, so I was relieved to have your help. But the venue setup was flat, so my favorite star was far away and I couldn't even tell where they were. I was told that good seats were impossible, but I was still a little disappointed.

Since it was my first time with a Korean movie stage greeting, I asked them for help. Their explanations were easy to understand, and their service was quick & courteous. I would like to use them again if I have the opportunity.
