This was my first time going to Korea and my first concert in the home country, so I was looking for my first proxy service as well. I heard from a friend that they had used GT Tour before and had reliably gotten great seats for hard-to-get live shows, so I decided to ask GT Tour as well. I was happy that they explained everything in detail and with care when I asked about things I didn't understand, which made me feel safe at all times. Also, the seat was an incredibly amazing seat in the front row, I could see their expressions well and they were so close I felt like I could touch them, and I was able to get a confirmed fan service from my bias! I participated with my child. We were deeply moved by the standing seats, which were very close to the artist. There was also plenty of space within the area, which was great. The email replies from the tour staff were very quick, and the bus transfers at the location had a very cheerful and kind guide, so we were able to participate with peace of mind.

When I told them I wouldn't make it in time to receive the ticket, they waited for me until I arrived, and since the place was somewhere I'd never been before and I couldn't understand the map, they called me and sent me pictures of the location, which was so kind!
