I was able to enter smoothly with the seat you secured for me, without any problems. It was close to the 2nd floor and very easy to see, and I was really grateful that you secured a seat in the central area. The performance itself was very enjoyable and a happy time. I would be happy to use your services again if I have the opportunity!

Thank you for your prompt and courteous response. I was initially worried because it was my first time attending a fan meeting and also my first time going to Korea. However, you clearly summarized and sent the official guidelines and precautions, which allowed me to go with peace of mind. Also, thank you for securing seats that were better than I had hoped for or imagined, making it an unforgettable memory. If there's another opportunity, I would definitely like to ask for your help again.

I asked GT Tour to arrange my tickets and participated in TMA for the first time. The Japanese communication during the ticket purchase was smooth, the explanations were easy to understand, and I was able to enjoy the entire experience with great peace of mind. I hope to continue using their services in the future.

Thank you for your assistance.

Thank you for arranging the tickets for Hyun Bin's stage greeting. Yuko-san, thank you for your kind support from beginning to end. Thanks to you, I was able to have a very wonderful time. Thank you! I look forward to working with you again.

I went to Kim Jaejoong's J-Party on January 29th. This time, the venue wasn't large, and it was a birthday fan event, so I didn't try to be greedy with the seating and just went for a basic seat. However, I was very satisfied with my seat in the very front of the second floor. I was expecting fewer songs and more talk, but that prediction was wrong! It was a fantastic event with plenty of both songs and talk, like a full-fledged concert – a truly wonderful and happy experience. This was the second time I asked GT Tour for tickets, and each time they have responded professionally, and both times I have gotten great seats, so I trust them. I will be sure to use them again if I have the opportunity. Thank you so much!

It's reassuring to know that you handle all the procedures when I leave it to you. The quick response time means I never feel anxious. The product shipment was fast and handled with care. I've used your service several times and I trust you, so I feel comfortable leaving things to you. I'm happy I can apply for events that I wouldn't be able to if I were in Japan. I hope I win next time ♡ I'll use your service again.

Thank you very much for your help this time! I was worried because I hadn't been since before the pandemic and didn't know what things were like recently, but everything went smoothly, from waiting for entry and exit to the stage greeting, and transportation in a private car. Thank you very much.

You were able to arrange very good seats in the front. Your replies to comments and notifications of completed arrangements were prompt, and I was relieved to receive guidance for the day of the event just before. Thank you very much.

With no end in sight to the pandemic, a national tour was held in Japan for the first time in three and a half years, but it was held under considerable restrictions. This Seoul concert required masks, but it was a truly wonderful LIVE where we could call out the artist's name and sing along. My seat wasn't close, but it was in the center, so I enjoyed it to the fullest. It was my first time trying to get tickets in a while, and I had some questions, but I received prompt replies and felt reassured. Thank you very much!‼️
