■Reservation Process■

​①Select your desired date and make a booking.

​②After we confirm your reservation, we will send you payment instructions.

③Once your payment is received, your reservation is confirmed.

④Around 10 days before the concert, we will finalize the number of participants. The shuttle bus service will proceed once the minimum of 20 people is reached.

⑤One week before the event, we will send you all the necessary information.

⑥On the day of the concert, after the show, the shuttle will take you to your selected drop-off location, and the tour will end there.

Base Price : 28 USD
(Guide fee + Shuttle service fee included)
 

Not included in the price : travel insurance, concert tickets, meals, etc.

※Minimum participants : 20 people per day

※If fewer than 20 people book, the service may be canceled or proceed with an additional fee. In that case, we will contact you individually.

1. The exact pick-up location will be shared individually after your reservation is confirmed.

2. Please be on time. The bus will depart as scheduled and will not wait for late arrivals.

3. Delays may occur due to unexpected traffic conditions.

4. Boarding or disembarking at locations other than those specified is not permitted.

5. The guide’s contact details will be provided on the day of the event.

6. To avoid inconvenience to other passengers, please refrain from bringing large luggage (e.g., suitcases). Some vehicles may not have space for large items.

If you cancel due to your own circumstances after your reservation has been confirmed (payment made), the following cancellation fees or penalties equivalent to the cancellation fee will apply.

Please note that we are unable to provide detailed explanations regarding the breakdown of the cancellation fee.
