    Shipping Guide

    After the stage greeting schedule is announced, we will secure tickets for your preferred date and

    send you a movie ticket exchange voucher (screenshot of reservation confirmation)

    via the COMMENTS section 2-3 days before the stage greeting.

     

    Please print your ticket at the theater on the day of the stage greeting.


    Important Notes

    ☆After you make a reservation, payment instructions will be provided via the COMMENTS section, so please make sure to check it regularly. Your reservation will not be confirmed until payment is completed.


    Regarding Schedule

    Stage greetings are usually held on the weekend (Sat, Sun) of the release week.

    The movie director and lead actors typically greet audiences at around 3-7 theaters, with approximately 15 sessions in a single day. Some locations may be outside major cities.

    The detailed schedule is often announced 1 week to 3 days before, or even the day before the event.

     

    Reservation Process
    Sign up → Log in → Fill in the required information on the application screen → Agree to terms & conditions and apply → A confirmation email will be sent automatically

     

    If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check the COMMENTS section on your booking page.
    All confirmations regarding price, payment, changes, modifications, additions, or cancellations, and processing status can be checked via My Page.

    If You Don’t Receive Notification Emails 
    1. Please double-check that the email address you registered during sign up or booking does not have any spelling errors.
    2. Please check your email account settings to ensure that our address is not filtered as spam.

     How COMMENTS section looks like

     

    If you have any questions, please use the COMMENTS section for quicker communication.
    If you wish to make changes to your reservation details after booking, please notify us via the COMMENTS section on the booking page.

     

    1. Unlike other performances, the sale time for stage greeting tickets is not fixed.

    We will try to secure front-row seats, but seat number, theater, or time selection is not available.

    For popular movies, tickets may only be available in the back rows. Thank you for your understanding.

     

    2. Depending on the stage greeting schedule, watching the actual movie may or may not be possible.

    Our service does not guarantee the viewing of the movie itself.

     

    3. If there is no stage greeting on your reserved date, or your preferred actor is confirmed not to attend at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund.

     

    4. If we are unable to secure tickets after your reservation confirmation, or if unforeseen circumstances prevent us from providing tickets that are already arranged, a full refund will be issued.

    However, no compensation will be made beyond the amount paid.

     

    5. If the stage greeting is held in other cities(outside Seoul), cancellations for this reason will be subject to the standard cancellation fee.

     

    6. Our company only acts as an agent to purchase tickets upon the customer's request.

    We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by the customer, except in cases of intentional misconduct or negligence on our part.

     

    7. Changes to theaters or showtimes after ticket arrangement cannot be accepted.

     

    8. We are not responsible for schedule or venue changes made by the organizers.

    Our service is strictly limited to ticket procurement.

     

    In Case of Cancellation Due to Organizer or Natural Disaster

    If the event is canceled, postponed, or changed due to organizer decisions or natural disasters, and it results in unavoidable reservation cancellations, we will refund the ticket price only (actual price of the movie ticket) once confirmation is received from the organizer.

    If the organizer does not issue a refund, we cannot refund the customer.

     

    In Case of Ticket Discrepancies

    We are not responsible for losses caused by issues not attributable to our agency, even if there is a discrepancy in the arranged ticket details.

    Cancellation Policy

    If you cancel due to your own circumstances after your reservation has been confirmed (payment made), the following cancellation fees or penalties equivalent to the cancellation fee will apply.

    Changes to reservations will be treated the same as cancellations.

    Please note that we are unable to provide detailed explanations regarding the breakdown of the cancellation fee.

    ※ Once the ticket reservation details (screenshot of movie ticket confirmation) has been sent, it is treated the same as the physical ticket being delivered. No refunds will be issued.

    ※ Requests for changes or cancellations will only be accepted during our business hours (Mon-Fri, 10:00-17:00 KST, excluding weekends and public holidays)
    If you contact us outside of business hours, your request will be processed on the next business day, so please be aware of this in advance.
