    How We Secure Tickets

    We will secure tickets using your verified Korean or Global ticketing account.

    (For Interpark Ticket (NOL), your verified Global account)

    When applying, please provide your account details for the ticketing site.

    Please make sure you have one account per person/ticket being booked.

    Shipping Guide

    On-site Pickup – FREE

    Tickets will be secured using your Global account.

    You can collect them at the ticket booth on the day of the event.

    There will be no advance delivery.

    Event details will be provided at least one week before the event.

    For mobile tickets, we will provide instructions separately.

    You can use your own Fan Club membership information to purchase tickets during the FC pre-sale.

    If you would like to apply for an FC pre-sale, please let us know when you submit your request.

    We can only assist with General Sale tickets.

    If all tickets are sold out during the FC pre-sale, there will be no general sale.

    In that case, a full refund will be issued.

    If You Don’t Receive Notification Emails 

    1. Please double-check that the email address you registered during sign up or booking does not have any spelling errors.

    2. Please check your email account settings to ensure that our address is not filtered as spam.

    If you wish to make changes to your reservation details after booking, please notify us via the COMMENTS section on the booking page.

     

    We will do our best to secure the best possible tickets for you.

     

    1. Our ticket arrangement service operates on a prepayment basis.

    However, please note that making a payment does not guarantee that tickets will be secured.

    If we are unable to secure tickets, we will refund the full amount excluding a refund fee ($20/ticket).

     

    2. Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances (lost, stolen, damaged, etc.).

     

    3. The content of the performance is subject to change without prior notice due to local circumstances or other unavoidable reasons.

     

    4. If we are unable to deliver the ticket after the arrangement has been completed:

    ● In the case of human error (such as loss or incorrect ticket details, etc.):

    We will try to rearrange tickets to meet your preferences as best as possible.

    ● In the case of force majeure:

    A full refund will be issued.

    However, we cannot compensate beyond the amount you have paid.

     

    5. If you wish to cancel your order,

    please first check the cancellation fee policy stated on the product page,

    and then notify us of your request via the COMMENTS section on your booking page.

     

    6. If the event is canceled, postponed, or its content significantly changed, resulting in an unavoidable cancellation of your reservation, we will issue a refund after deducting a 30% cancellation fee from the total amount, once we have confirmed the refund from the organizer to our company.

     

    Please note that the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the total amount paid, including any optional service fees, regardless of the payment method used for those options.

    Additionally, any shipping costs required for ticket returns, will be the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

     

    7. Our company only acts as an agent to purchase tickets upon the customer's request.

    We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by the customer, except in cases of intentional misconduct or negligence on our part.

     

    8. If a ticket is issued under our staff’s name and identity verification is required at the venue, there is a possibility that you may be denied entry.

    Please only proceed with the reservation if you understand and accept this risk.

    In the event that you are not allowed entry for this reason, a 50% refund will be provided, and no further compensation will be made.

     

    9. Even if you purchase multiple tickets at once, we may not be able to arrange them with sequential seat numbers.

     

    10. Once tickets have been delivered by our company, we cannot reissue tickets under any circumstances, including loss, theft, or damage.

     

    11. For the final performance (closing show) featuring the musical lead actor, an additional fee separate from the option charges will apply.


    Cancellation Policy

    If you cancel due to your own circumstances after your reservation has been confirmed (payment made), the following cancellation fees or penalties equivalent to the cancellation fee will apply.

    Any changes to the reservation will be treated as a cancellation.

    Please note that we are unable to provide detailed explanations regarding the breakdown of the cancellation fee.
