And on the second day, the seats of the other members who came to see the concert happened to be close by, doubling my excitement! This was my first time going to the SBS Gayo Daejeon, and after researching a lot, I decided to ask GT Tour for assistance. Despite my anxieties and many questions, they replied to my emails multiple times beforehand, and the pick-up on the day was also very smooth. I truly can't thank them enough. I was able to participate with peace of mind, and I was able to get a good ticket number and secure a front-row spot, allowing me to see the idols up close, which was extremely enjoyable. I want to go to the SBS Gayo Daejeon again, and I would like to use GT Tour again.

The standing area was divided into sections, but overall, everyone was facing this way, and I was so happy my favorite performer came to the closer sub-stage! They regularly contacted me and answered my questions politely, which made me feel very secure. I would like to use this service again.

This time, not only was the venue new, but I think there were many aspects, such as seat types and the red carpet, that were uncertain until the day of the event. Despite people already being inside the venue when entering the red carpet, staff came and started baggage checks midway, and the organizers were not able to provide thorough support. Furthermore, I was worried about what would happen when many people rushed to the exit after the red carpet ended. The controlled exit delayed the move to the standing area, and it was unfortunate that we had to rush through the lobby where general attendees were, and that admission was granted without properly checking the numbered tickets. Since the red carpet seat number = the standing area admission number, I think it would have been better if we had lined up in number order upon exiting the red carpet and moved as is. (Although, it might have been unavoidable since the red carpet and performance venues were separate...) However, the fluidity of events in Korea was mentioned multiple times in your emails, and I felt reassured because you provided detailed updates as the situation became clear. During the chaos at the end of the red carpet, Ren's explanation in Japanese allowed at least the Japanese attendees to quickly understand and respond. The performance itself was very enjoyable and provided a time that made me forget everything that had happened before. It was also helpful to be taken by bus back near my accommodation after the show. Overall, I was very satisfied and would like to request your services again next time. Thank you very much.
