I was hoping for a seat at the front of the floor, but I ended up being assigned a seat in the upper rows. I was disappointed because I was really looking forward to it. I saw reviews from other people who attended the same performance, and some said they had a great view from within the first 10 rows. I'm shocked that there could be such a difference when the base price is the same. I guess it ultimately depends on the skills of the person handling the ticketing and just luck. Just because you use a ticket agency doesn't guarantee you'll get a seat close to the stage. Regarding communication, they were quick to respond to my inquiries and provided follow-up communication leading up to the performance, which was reassuring. I'm not sure if I'll use them again in the future, but I wanted to post this review to hopefully help others.

I think the priority should be given in the order of application, although the timing of proxy applications will vary. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the seat I wanted, but the response from the request to securing the seat was quick and very reassuring.

It was the first event held at Inspire Arena, and I was worried because I didn't know anything about the traffic situation, but the round-trip bus service allowed me to participate with peace of mind. Standing and waiting for a long time is tough, so you got tickets for me without worrying about the number. It wasn't my first choice of area, but it was close to the waiting area and the speech area, so I enjoyed it very much.

I've been using your services lately. I used your services for all three days. The first two days (12/15, 12/16) were good, but it seems there was a ticketing error on the third day (12/17). For some reason, another ticket for 12/16 was reserved, then canceled after a while, and then the reservation for 12/17 went through. I had VIP tickets for the first two days, but on the last day I was in the general stands at the back. I was sad that there was no comment about this situation. I will continue to use your services, so please double-check the dates to avoid any mistakes.
