Because the base ticket was an outrageously cheap 25,000 yen, I was disappointed with the response after I couldn't get the desired options. Since you are offering the base ticket for 25,000 yen, I would have liked you to at least have a waiting list or another way to secure seats. We entered as a group of 12, but it was a little sad that the people who couldn't even get the options were stuck with 2nd-floor seats in the back for 25,000 yen. GT provides various services such as in-Korea advertising, catering, and other agency services, so for tickets as well, since there are service companies that only handle ticket purchases within Korea, I would like to be able to purchase tickets as an option from Korean ticket agencies even if YES24 Global doesn't work out. Many regular people are able to obtain good seats on the 1st floor from these sources. ㅠ ㅠ
