While I was disappointed that there were changes from the initially announced artist lineup and a few groups that were advertised didn't perform, it was only a few so I was otherwise very satisfied! I appreciate the prompt communication and the excellent seating and upgrade queue positions you arranged for me. I even got some fan service!!!

This was my first time using GT Tour. I felt very secure with their prompt replies and responses to my questions. I was worried about going to a venue I had no information about, but thanks to the ample advance information provided, I was able to prepare somewhat. Regarding the seats, they secured an area that met my request, and it was the closest I've ever been to a stage in my life! Transactions for going to overseas concerts aren't cheap, so I'll be sure to use GT Tour again next time because I can trust them!

It was the Melon Music Awards after 4 years, and once again, GT Tour took great care of me! The round-trip transportation was included, and it was very comfortable to be able to move by bus without having to walk in the cold. I was also happy to be able to get tickets in the area I wanted!
