This was my first time using it.   The response was quick and they supported Japanese, which was reassuring. There were problems such as the event itself being postponed (GT Tour is unrelated), but I was helped by the quick response.   Above all, it was great that they arranged the tickets I wanted.   Also, please help me with events in Korea next time.      

I was able to watch it without any problems. I wasn't expecting to have to sit on the stairs due to a lack of seats, so that was a bit surprising. Other than that, the staff were able to assist in Japanese and were polite.

The meeting place was a little difficult to find for someone like me visiting for the first time. I received photos, but it would have been helpful to have a word of caution, such as "Please be careful as there are two store locations." I think.   The leader who assisted us was friendly and left a good impression.   Seeing a live broadcast for the first time was fresh and very enjoyable. I felt like I got to see something behind the scenes lol   I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
