Although it wasn't the very front row, I appreciate you preparing good seats for me, and also for accommodating the sudden changes. It became a very good memory. Thank you very much.

The communication was thorough, and I was able to participate with peace of mind! Thank you very much. I look forward to working with you again.

I requested the stage greeting tour for two consecutive days this time. The first day was in a rural area, and when I explained that it would be difficult to get to the meeting place on my own, they kindly offered to pick me up at the nearest station, which was a real help. Also, the day before, they thoroughly researched everything and even considered and showed me the best routes for waiting for the actors before and after the event, so I was able to enjoy the tour to the fullest without any worries. I am truly grateful to the guide. Also, the staff answered my questions carefully up until the day of the tour, which made me feel confident in applying. Thank you very much. Finally, a request: please do your best to secure seats at the front of the seating area, on the aisle side.

This was my first time using your service, but everything from the arrangements to the transportation was handled with great care. When I had questions, they were answered thoroughly and flexibly. Receiving the tickets was smooth, and the seats you arranged were great, making it very easy to see and enjoy the performance.

It was my first awards ceremony, and I was so happy I could watch it without any problems (T_T) I will use your service again!

Thank you for securing the hard-to-get tickets. While the seats were quite far from what we hoped for and the price was a bit disappointing, your prompt responses and frequent communication were helpful. I contacted friends who have used GT and other users, and they also weren't able to get their desired seats, so I'll consider using the service again depending on the performance. I regret paying the agency price for seats that I might have been able to get myself through canceled tickets. However, as a major company with courteous service, I would recommend it for beginners who aren't particular about seating!

My planned trip to Korea happened to coincide with a stage greeting event, and since I had always wanted to meet Park Seo-joon, I signed up for a one-day tour. I was able to see the stage greeting four times, and they gave us three chances to wait for him to enter and exit, and I was able to see him once. The stage greeting seats were relatively close to the front, and the last time I was in the third row, and I was able to hand over a letter and a gift, even though it was a bit of a scramble. I also saw other famous actors, and I am very satisfied. I would definitely like to request this again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

They got us great seats! The response was quick and I felt confident entrusting them with the arrangements!

Despite the quite difficult ticketing process, I was able to secure seats close to the VIP area I wanted, and I had a very happy time. Thank you so much! Also, the fact that it was secured under my own name and not through a name change meant I could go without any worries, which was a big plus.

Since it's LE SSERAFIM's 1st tour, I really wanted to go, but I was worried about getting tickets myself, so I used GT Tour! They answered all my questions in Japanese and provided thorough support until the ticketing process, so I was able to proceed without any anxiety! They also secured an amazing seat in the second row, allowing me to enjoy the best live performance ever! I would definitely like to use them again!!
