I was in the very front row of the second floor (first floor in some regions)! This is the best seat I've ever had. There was nothing obstructing my view, so it was very comfortable. I requested the best seat options for both of the two days. I got the best seats, very close to the stage and runway, on the first day! But on the second day, the seat was at a level I could get myself without paying extra, so I got a better seat on my own.

Since it was my first stage greeting, I was worried because I didn't know what it would be like, but there was nothing to worry about with Japanese language support. I was very satisfied to be able to see the stage greeting 4 times. The guide was also very kind and told me about waiting spots, so I was able to see them a lot thanks to that. This is my second time using this service. It was my first trip to Korea in a while, so I was a bit worried and had some questions, but as before, the replies to my comments were prompt, and I was able to communicate without any particular worries. Receiving the tickets at hotel check-in was also smooth. Also, even though I didn't add any options to my seat, I was happy to have a seat closer to the center with a good view ^ ^ The only thing I found disappointing was the time wasted walking back and forth with the staff leading us to the shuttle bus stop after the performance. However, I would like to use this service again if I have the opportunity.
