I made reservations for 12 performances across 3 venues over 2 days. Although the ticketing methods differed for each venue, they patiently explained each one, allowing me to complete the ticketing smoothly. Also, when I was flustered by a site error on the Lotte World website, they responded quickly, even on a holiday. They recommended scouting the venue and provided detailed advice from a user's perspective until the stage greetings were completed. Although it was my first stage greeting in Korea, I was able to complete it without any issues. I am grateful that all the seats were excellent. I would be happy to use your services again if I have the opportunity.

Originally, I had requested a proxy for VIP seats, but ended up entering general seating. At first, I was disappointed, but later I learned that other proxy services had drastically inflated their prices, making similar seats unaffordable for me. Now, I am very grateful that the proxy service was provided at a reasonable price. Thanks to them, I was able to attend the final performance with all nine members. Thank you very much.
