Although I had a general admission seat, thanks to you getting me such a good spot, I had a wonderful time! Since this concert sold out so quickly, I don't think I would have been able to get a ticket on my own just by tapping away on my smartphone. I look forward to using your services again.

I had other plans on the day of ticket sales, so I used this service for the first time. Since it was a popular performance, I requested floor seats, but ended up with nosebleed seats. While it's better than failing to get a ticket at all, I was still surprised. I think this is good for people who just want to secure one ticket under their own name for entry. I wouldn't really recommend it to people who only want tickets in specific areas.

They provided updates via chat every step of the way, which was very reassuring. I appreciated that they replied immediately whenever I had questions. While it's not guaranteed that you'll get your preferred seats, and it was a bit disappointing that the seats were almost the same for the two days they arranged, I think this is a very good agency if you are looking for peace of mind. I would like to use their services again depending on my needs.

It had been a while since I last attended a stage greeting, so I was surprised to see that this kind of fan service is now common. As it turns out, having an aisle seat is a huge advantage for such interactions. I am very grateful to the guide who worked so hard to help me with the arrivals and departures. This was my first time participating. Seating was in the order of arrival, starting from the front, and we were packed tightly with two people per step. I was far from the MC and the monitor was blocked, but I could see the stage just fine. We had to wait a long time after entering. I could have gone to the restroom during that time if I really wanted to, but it was so crowded that it felt like it would be difficult to get out. I would like to participate again if there is another opportunity.

If this seating was on floor the view would be crazy good, but its 2F seating with the red carpet and I was happy with the ticket they provided, top up was required but it was worth the money to see a great line up of artists perform! Purchased twice with GT and was delighted withe the tickets requested for, I will be back for the next event! They provided exactly where I wanted and I can’t be happier about the purchase! Staff onsite speaks Japanese but that is fine, communication was efficient and the ticket pick up was smooth
