A preliminary booking is a system that allows you to pre-book before the official details of a concert or event are announced.
We collect a deposit in advance to estimate the number of interested participants.
Once the event details are released, your preliminary booking will automatically be updated to a confirmed booking.
At that point, there will be a change from the deposit to the base price.
The deposit will be used as a part of the base price, and there will be no duplicate charges.
Please note that during the preliminary booking stage, we also do not have details of ticket prices, venue, seating chart, booking methods, or sale dates.
For this reason, we are unable to respond to inquiries regarding identity verification or pricing at this stage.
The booking page will be updated as soon as official details become available.
If you are unsure or concerned, we recommend waiting until full details are released before making a booking .
However, please be aware that each event has a limited number of booking slots, and once full, bookings will be closed.
If you’re interested, we highly recommend booking early.
The standard deposit amount ranges from $10 to $20 depending on the event.

First, please complete the member registration.
After signing up, log in and check if there is a product page for the event you're interested in under each category.
If there is a product page for the event, you can book directly from there.
If there is no product page, please select the [Custom Order] category and choose the service you want, then provide the details of your request.
No fees will be charged until payment is made.
Please note that if you contact us via the 1:1 Inquiries, we may not be able to provide detailed quotes.
Ticket Booking Process:
① Application
Sign up → Log in → Fill in the required details on the application page → Agree to the terms and conditions → Submit your application → Confirmation email will be sent automatically
※ If you do not receive the confirmation mail, please check the COMMENTS section on your My Page.
※ All details such as amounts, payment confirmation, changes, corrections, additions, cancellation requests, and results will be available on your My Page.
※ For any questions or messages, please use the COMMENTS section for a quicker response.
② Payment
We only accept payments via credit card (Visa, Master, JCB, American Express and etc).
③ Ticket Arrangement
We will send the ticket arrangement results via the COMMENTS section within 3 business days after the general ticket release date.
However, if we receive a large number of applications, it may take longer.
After that, you will be able to check detailed seating information through the booking management page.
※ Since we are handling ticket bookings on your behalf, there may be some risk of issues during the delivery process, and tickets may need to be changed unexpectedly. Please understand this possibility and refer to the terms and conditions for further details.
④ Ticket Delivery
Tickets are generally picked up on-site at the event venue.
As this is a global ticketing service, you will need to verify your identity at the event's ticket box on the day of the event to collect your tickets.
Normally, this is the standard process, but sometimes a preliminary deposit may be required before the base price is paid.
